  • 2013/05/01: Harp Technologies’ engineering team strengthened.
    Mr. Arhippa Kovanen, M.Sc., has joined Harp Technologies. Mr. Kovanen brings almost 20 years of electronics design experience to Harp's engineering team, valuable for many on-going and future customer projects.
  • 2012/12/31: Harp Technologies with promising outlook into year 2013.
    During the second half of 2012, Harp Technologies has witnessed a significant growth in customer demand. The all time high in open offer base and positive net profit for the year 2012 give an excellent start into year 2013.
  • 2012/10/29: Harp Technologies signs a contract with Efacec.
    Harp Technologies has signed a contract with Efacec Engenharia e Sistemas, S.A. (Portugal) to develop transmit-receive module of a radar altimeter for the “Assessment and Breadboarding of a Planetary Altimeter” project for European Space Agency (ESA). Efacec is the largest Portuguese group in the field of electricity with a turnover of over 1 B€.

    The year 2011 was successful for Harp Technologies, and both sales and net profit were the highest in company's history. Furthermore, the customer base was extended significantly.
  • 2011/09/15: Harp Technologies shares expertise at the ARSI 2011.
    Harp Technologies presented “Intelligent Digital Back-End for Real-Time RFI Detection and Mitigation in Microwave Radiometry” at the Advanced RF Sensors and Remote Sensing Instruments Workshop (ARSI 2011), which took place in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, September 13-15, 2011. On this topic, Dr. Janne Lahtinen of Harp Technologies discussed the detection and mitigation of anthropogenic Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) in microwave remote sensing radiometry.
  • 2011/06/20: Harp Technologies signs a contract with ESA.
    The European Space Agency (ESA) has assigned Harp Technologies to develop inkjet-printed circuit board technology for user terminal antennas. The development will take place in cooperation with VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and Premix Oy. This assignment will reinforce Harp Technologies’ antenna design and development expertise in this rapidly growing field.
