The Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, excluding its choice of law provisions. To the extent allowed by the mandatory applicable law the sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to the Terms of Use shall be the district court of Helsinki, Finland. Alternatively, if allowed by the mandatory applicable law, Harp Technologies Ltd may bring an action against you arising out of or related to the Terms of Use in any court that has jurisdiction over your domicile or habitual residence. No failure by Harp Technologies Ltd to exercise any right, power, or remedy shall operate as a waiver of any such right, power, or remedy. 

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be contrary to the mandatory law, the other provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect and the Terms of Use shall be interpreted in such a way as to best accomplish the objectives of the invalid provision.
